[FIXED] [S] The Gardener career can't get promoted past level 10

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? use careers.promote adult_gardener and you'll see you can not get a pay rise after you've achieved the final job title.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unlike all the other careers in sims 4, even after achieving the best criteria for promotion, the new gardening jobs stop giving you a pay rise after you obtain the final job title.
What do you expect to see? Like all the other jobs I expect there to be a gradual pay rise (promotion) once you've obtained the highest title.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I love gardening in sims 4 so when the two new jobs (florist and botanist) came out I made a new game and finally sent my sim to do a job I've always wanted in S4.

Anyway I like to do the rags to riches thing with my sims so when I worked my way to the top botanist spot PhD of Pollen I was sad to see, unlike all the other jobs in S4, I'm unable to get a pay rise on the top tier. Thinking it was the botanist I changed to florist and sure enough as soon as I reached the top job I couldn't get a pay rise beyond that.

even with meeting all the criteria for a pay rise....

... nothing happens, you never get a pay rise. Also with the top charisma trait when you call the boss for a pay rise all you get is a bonus, never a pay rise (all the other careers you can call and get a pay rise on the final tier job when you have lvl10 charisma) 

I don't like cheats but to test I used careers.promote adult_gardener and unlike the other job promotion cheats the gardener one stops, it doesn't allow a pay rise at all once you reached the last job title. To test make a new game, make three sims, give one the gardener job and use cheat careers.promote adult_gardener  and see how far you get, next pick two random jobs for the other two, for example chef and doctor then use their cheats careers.promote culinary & careers.promote doctor, and you'll see you can promote forever, honestly until your fingers cramp you can raise their pay as high as you want.

In my past game I was able to stick to the one job and just get pay rise after pay rise which helped me raise my fortune but you can not do this with the two gardening jobs.

I'm thinking this is a bug, no idea why they would be different to all the other jobs.

EDIT: forgot to mention I never achieved the top tier job in the past patches, I've only just achieved it so unsure if this was a issue from the very start of seasons or something that happens now. Also I made a new cc free game and the issue still happened.

It probably doesn’t have raises past level ten. I don’t think the City Living careers had them originally either.
