Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.46.18.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Pretty much everyone! Missing only a few stuff packs, other than that I have every game pack and expansion that's currently out.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a save from someone who has the bug, I presume, because this bug didn't start right away after installing seasons, but rather after a few weeks of gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Instead of going to work; there's blue writing stating "holiday" in the work menu, despite there not actually being a holiday nor any other kind of event on the calendar. It also happens during holidays that have not been marked as "off school/work" in the menu. Basically, you sim never goes to work ever again, instead getting an eternal holiday. Which is extremely bothersome, because you can't get a raise or a promotion, so you're stuck in the first level job lest you use cheat codes. Also, it completely kills immersion, when every sim you have turns into slackers (or painters, because, well, they gotta pay the bills somehow!).
What do you expect to see? The Sims not being lazy, getting their butts to work rather than thinking every day is "chillax" day. Their momma's didn't raise them that way!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'd love to share my save, but it says it's the wrong file format when I try.
