Fixed an issue where on days where no holiday was set to occur, a Sim’s work schedule would update to falsely indicate that the day was a Holiday just prior to going to work, causing the Sim to stay home for the day.
Fixed in Patch 1.51.75

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know that you can. But I think it started after a sim worked from home, but didn't go back to work after.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the counter for work gets to 1 hour, no alert comes up saying work is soon, or to ask what my sim wants to do for work, eg. Go to work, work from home. The counter continues in minutes, when it gets to 1 minute, it changes to 24 hours. After and hour or two in game, it says holiday, and I get the option to work through the holiday, despite it being a normal day. I have tested this without my mods (only mccc) and I have disabled the Seasons pack and I have uninstalled the whole game and reinstalled everything and nothing has changed.
What do you expect to see? I expect my sims to automatically go to work.

I know this will get merged with the thread ongoing, but I have done everything suggested in it and nothing has helped. And I really want to get this fixed so it's not a hassle to play Get Famous when it comes out.

What is the progress on the permanent fix? Five month and people are still experience this issue. I don't want to disable the season pack so how do I solve the issue?
No permanent fix as of now. Disabling and re=enabling will fix it for a few days then it comes back.
