- Screenshots taken using the C key are no longer fuzzy. We had some schmutzle on the lens we had to clean off.

Hi ~ I have a happen my Capture quality. Few days ago I play Sims 4 always capture my Sims, after capture I open the screenshot file and view the screenshot photo it was High Quality and Big Size. Right Now, always do the same thing and view the new screenshot photo it was little blurry. I check my setting capture size is large, capture quality High. I screenshot again and view photo from screenshot file, still blurry. I don't know how to do.....

The last photo view in forum looks High Quality to me but in my electronic art screenshot file is little blurry

You can click me too on the first post if you want but the issue is being worked on.
All you can do atm is use an external program like FRAPS
