We believe the missing Spa Day nails should be back on today's patch (PC/Mac: 1.105.297, Console: 1.87).
If they're still missing for you after updating your game, please let us know.
I just checked, and this is what I've got:
I just updated to the new patch this hour and opened the game, and this is the first thing I checked.
Maybe there's back-end work being done, and a game repair might fix the issue?
I notice the Laundry List is gone, but I remember nails were on the list, so maybe there's still work being done?
Edit: I'm checking CAS using 'manage households', not a mirror while on a lot. I don't know whether that's making a difference or not.

Thanks for pointing this out! I did notice that I didn't have all the nails, but I wasn't sure which ones.
Anyways, I just checked again, this time though a mirror in a household, and this is what I have now:
I'm getting the feeling some of the issues regarding nails are being worked on in real time right now? Just guessing, without confirmation, it's hard to say what's really happening.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Island Living, Discover University, Snowy Escape. Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Vampires, Jungle Adventure, Realm of Magic. Perfect Patio, Cool Kitchen, Vintage Glamor, Bowling Night, Paranormal. Holiday Celebration Pack, Grim's Ghoulish Guitar.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to CAS and select Spa Day nails.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nail types appearing and disappearing over 2 checks. My nail type availability is inconsistent with what others are noticing (thread). Edit 2: Missing nails for female frames.
What do you expect to see? I'd like to see all types of nails that are included in the pack, or some warning that back-end maintenance is being done, if it is the case. Edit 2: did you guys just fix the nails for males in the recent patch? O_O
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.

@Crayola4321I don't mean to be rude, but is the hand colouration and lines on the hand a bug too? Or do you have some kind of CC?As for the issue, in my case:Female Sim with Masculine Frame - has those two spa day nailsAll other frame/gender combinations - missing those two spa day nails
Edit: nope, wasn't right
Male Sim that was created as a Male Sim and never edited frames/gender such as this CAS pre-gen guy gets all the nails
When given a Feminine Frame on the same Male Sim, loses those two Spa Day nails and other nails appear glitchy/broken
Turning that same Sim into a Female Sim with Feminine Frame remains with the two Spa Day nails missing, but the nails stop being broken
Turning that same Sim again into a Female Sim with a Masculine Frame, gets all the nails available and they aren't broken
So it's looking like:
Any gender + masculine frame = all nails available, all work fine
Male Sim + feminine frame = missing two nails, nails glitch
Female Sim + feminine frame = missing two nails, nails don't glitch

That's like real bad for me my main sim is a male sim with a female frame I just gave up with bug report because I already had the bug report with the Sims with customized frames not having nails except some pack nails where they once had the face fix with it
