Recipes from this pack will now appear when unlocking Gourmet Cooking Skill Levels. Particularly Level 3 and 5. Yum.

@SimGuruRitzy My sim got the egg ramen and miso ramen recipes, but did not get the seaweed ramen recipe or the beef ramen. The egg and miso showed up at the same time, aren't the sesaweed and beef versions the same cooking level, is odd if not. Also, rhe ramen recipes showed up under the homestyle cooking menu, not gourmet cookiing. I don't think my sim even had gourmet cooking.

Yes you are right seaweed ramen, beef ramen, egg ramen and miso ramen recipes are part of same cooking level (unlocks around cooking level 2) also yes these recipes are Homestyle cooking recipes not gourmet cooking recipes.
@WhantSomeEggs Thanks for the memory jog. I remember now that my sim never ate beef ramen. She ate the seaweed, though. Originally I though the game was suddenly giving me recipes (strangeer bugs have happened), so my brain told me I should have beef. That sounds weird. I know that my sim ate the seaweed becuase of my love of beef-less ramen that I force-passs onto my sims.
@SimGuruRitzy My sim ate the seaweed ramen at least twice but never got the recipe. I never got player notification that my sim learned any recipes, was I supposed to get that? If not, could that be added, it would make things a lot easier.. like with Dine Out and City Living.
I've been busy cooking udon (out of ramen) and accidentally destroying kitchen sponge, thanks for the replies and patience.
