Sims now correctly gain up to three active Lifestyles.
Fixed in Patch 1.90.358/1.61

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on Servo, see that they have more than 3 lifestyles
What happens when the bug occurs? Since the servo has more than 3 lifestyles, the UI looks weird
What do you expect to see? Either servo lifestyles are limited or the UI is changed to show them all
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I'm playing with a servo and it looks like they can have an unlimited amount of lifestyles at a time, which breaks the UI
