    I'm going to mark this as fixed as no one has posted back after the patch.

@AmittyWood The Onsen lot is currently broken.

This is the same cause as the mountain excursion bug.

Keeping separate for now.

To go to the Snow Festival, don't use the prompt. Travel to ANOTHER lot then the Onsen and then go to the Festival from there.
