Me too - it takes me to the worlds screen, with the added annoyance that my whole game is messed up after that. When I go into my sim’s world, you can’t even access them because they’re in a grey limbo. I had to move my sim out into the main gallery and move her back in again. That worked....until I tried to get her to the snow festival. Last time was with the light festival.

    @enrica23 You also had issues with the light festival ? That is odd as that should have a connection to the Onsen.

    Did you get any lastExceptions with the light festival ?

      @crinrict Hello! Yes, the first issue was with the light festival, and the second (actually, and third) times was with the snow festival. It only happens in those worlds, though - the other festivals (Romance, Spice, etc.) work fine...for now! I'm not sure what you mean by 'lastExceptions'?Many thanks!

        @enrica23 Files called lastException in your documents folder.

        Which world does your Sim live in (that traveled to the festival of light) ?
