@crinrict Hello! Yes, the first issue was with the light festival, and the second (actually, and third) times was with the snow festival. It only happens in those worlds, though - the other festivals (Romance, Spice, etc.) work fine...for now! I'm not sure what you mean by 'lastExceptions'?Many thanks!

@enrica23 Files called lastException in your documents folder.

Which world does your Sim live in (that traveled to the festival of light) ?

    @crinrict Hello! Yes, there are about 10 files called lastException. The Sim lives in Willow Creek (Crick Cabana house). 🙂
