Fixed an issue in which typing in the search field in Build Mode made the phrase “Text Field” appear erroneously.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open up build mode and type into the search bar
What happens when the bug occurs? Occasionally, all the search results that pop up will be "textField" unless you hover over them
What do you expect to see? Search to work "correctly," i.e. no "textField" but instead the item name
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

This problem seems to happen without any rhyme or reason -- it'll just happen sporadically. It will usually resolve itself by exiting and re-entering build mode, and sometimes a game repair helps, but it never solves the problem, just makes it go away.
I could not figure out what specifically triggered this when it happened to me. It's only ever happened once so far and I exited the game and restarted it. When I got back into the game, I went back to build mode on the same lot and was able to search normally.
