Fixed an issue in which Hygiene was not being resolved when Taking a Shower on any Bathtub and Shower Combo.
Fixed in Patch 1.60.54
Is it all showers or just a certain one ?

It appears that this issue is only happening with the showers that also have bathtubs. Regular showers themselves function normally. For example, however, “Under the Sea Clawfoot Tub with Shower”, “Double Delight”, “Sheer Will Clawfoot Tub,” and “Xtreme Shower Tub with Customizable Curtain” do not allow sims to shower and fill their hygiene bars.
my sim got extremely dirty and is filthy, and i had a bath shower combo and he just wouldn’t get clean, i tried a hygiene potion and it didn’t work, then i read this and tried a normal bath which didn’t work so i tried a normal shower and it still didn’t work, i’ve tried cheating his need and resetting him but nothing working he just won’t get clean!
Seems like all shower/tub combos. Regular showers seem to work fine.

My sim also wasn't getting clean while showering so I had her take a bath instead and her hygiene did fill up again.
I’m having the same issue, only with showers with bathtubs. It’s annoying.
I tested every shower in the game and all the single showers work fine. All the combos definitely don't.
Thanks for the information. I was feeling discouraged and felt like I did something wrong but not knowing what. After updates, this occurred for me as well. I will try the bath and see what happens. Thanks again and Happy New Year!
