Fixed an issue in which Hygiene was not being resolved when Taking a Shower on any Bathtub and Shower Combo.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place the Double Delight shower and have dirty Sim use it
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim stays in the shower forever. The action does not complete and hygiene does not go up.
What do you expect to see? The Sim take a shower, have the action complete, and for the hygiene bar to fill.
