Fixed an issue in which Hygiene was not being resolved when Taking a Shower on any Bathtub and Shower Combo.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take a shower in a tub,shower hybrid.
What happens when the bug occurs? Taking a shower does not fill the hygiene need.
What do you expect to see? Taking a shower filling the Hygiene need

Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch released on 12/12/2019 seems to have caused it. All my mods are disabled and still, nothing helps the issue, looks like college broke showers or something
The showering interaction does not clean the sim, including the brisk/steamy/thoughtful shower.
