    Fixed an issue in which Hygiene was not being resolved when Taking a Shower on any Bathtub and Shower Combo.

    Fixed in Patch 1.60.54

@funeralp0tat0es  I've merged your post with the master thread on this issue.  Feel free to click Me Too on the first post.

All combination shower/tubs are currently broken and don't give hygiene when a sim is taking a shower.  You can use standalone showers or make your sims take baths instead.
