Fixed an issue in which Hygiene was not being resolved when Taking a Shower on any Bathtub and Shower Combo.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select the shower option on any shower.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim's hygiene meter does not fill, it does go down like normal though. So they will stay showering forever.
What do you expect to see? My sim will shower like normal and expected.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
My sim stays in the shower forever in the morning (not sure if exclusive to morning) as their hygiene meter doesn't fill.
