Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When Origin is in online mode load up game and have some sims get to know a bunch about each other and gain some sentiments. Then click on the different acquaintances/friends in the area where who your sim knows and try to open profiles. However issue goes away when in offline mode. What happens when the bug occurs? Opening the profiles of different sims will either give you no sentiment, likes/dislkes info or the popup won't happen at all and loading screen music plays. What do you expect to see? To see sims profiles with their known information (likes, dislikes, relation, sentiments) Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No, and I have repaired game 2 times. Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes Please describe the patch or change you made.
