[FIXED] Sim Profile not opening after Learning (Dis)Likes/LUIE occurring

What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs, all game packs except for Star Wars: Journey to Batuu; I have the following stuff packs: Perfect Patio, Cool Kitchen, Vintage Glamour, Toddler Stuff, Laundry Day, My First Pet, Moschino, Tiny Living, Nifty Knitting, and Paranormal; and I have Country Kitchen, Bust the Dust, and Courtyard Oasis kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open up sim profiles a few times.
What happens when the bug occurs? When opening a sim profile (from the social tab with relationships, not in the about your sim section with traits, reputation, etc.) , it's normal at first, then after I exit to look at another sim profile, it doesn't show anything aside from the sim and the sim's name and an endless scrollbar. At this point, the music doesn't play when you open the profile. Then, when I try to open up the sim's profile again, nothing opens up and all of a sudden, game music starts playing and doesn't stop unless I exit the game. When I play-tested with the Pancakes, Eliza was normal (at first), but when the game randomized another sim's (Minerva Charm) likes and dislikes, the issue popped up with her.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see all relevant information pertaining to a sim's profile, including age, occupation, traits relationship to my sim, sentiments, and likes and dislikes—basically, anything that I would normally see when opening up a sim profile.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated to the most recent patch (for likes and dislikes)—up until then, "open profile" worked just fine.

This started after the most recent patch update. At first I thought it was a mods issue, so I took them out and the problem was still happening. Then I repaired my game and the problem was still happening. Then I uninstalled The Sims 4 and deleted my EA folder and after I redownloaded the game, it was still happening. It could be that it happens after the game generates likes and dislikes for random sims that this bug pops up, but it's frustrating and I don't exactly enjoy restarting my game when this happens (and this isn't an issue with my computer—my PC is about a year old).
