[FIXED] Simology panel top off top of screen if Sim has lots of traits

If you have enough traits to fill the Simology panel beyond the window height allowed by your monitors resolution, you will no longer find yourself unable to interact with the Simology panel.

I clicked the Simology panel and expand it out, then it went goofy the panel went top of the game window and now I'm unable to bring it down
That issue also went away when I installed the new Ep. I know not everybody will be buying it.
