Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As soon as the game opens, any actions the sims begin or continue experience this bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Any actions the either do not start or cannot be completed. Sims may walk to a particular spot or do part of an animation, but it stops almost immediately and the sim will be stuck either mid-animation or standing idle. Resetting stops the action and may allow them to start a new one, but it does not last more than a second or two.
What do you expect to see? Actions occurring as they are meant to.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
