I did a save right before I updated my game for the Infants Update but afterward I noticed that my sim wouldn't move no matter what I did. My sim was basically glued to the wall just admiring her artwork and even after resetting her, she wouldn't do anything. I've tried repairing, updating again, restarting my laptop, using cheat commands to reset, using M to travel somewhere new, deleting my cache file, and uninstalling and reinstalling my game. ALL of it, Nothing.
The weirdest part is the few times I have gotten her to do something. She'll do the activity, even when the object is far away. When I make her sleep, it says she's sleeping but she's actually just standing in the living room. When I make her paint, she doesn't stand by the easel. When I have her wash the sink, she'll do the animation but she'll be in an entirely wrong room like she's doing the animation at nothing in the living room. Even when she's off her home lot, I tried to get her to work out and she was somehow building up her fitness skill, without moving at all. I'm also starting to think that the other sims in my world are also being affected by this cause they also don't move. The most I can get her to do is walk from one place to another.
The save is a legacy challenge I was doing and I really don't want to restart it cause of this hiccup. Please help.
