Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bug occurs when speeding up game at random times. Not sure what causes the bug, always happens when not on first speed or paused after a 10 minutes or so of gameplay.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims will freeze in place continuously doing the same animation. Unable to change sims or pause the game. Time freezes in place but sounds, lighting, and back ground movement (trees, sims animations, birds, water, etc.) continues. Animation continues even when in build and buy menu. Unable to click on anything, cancel current actions, or change speeds. Bring up the options menu won't even pause the game. When going to save the save , menue continues to load never actually bringing up the ability to save (only stayed on for 5+ minutes). Going to manage worlds brings up a loading screen, stayed on for 5+ minutes before I forced close to the app.
What do you expect to see? Sims not freezing in place, being able to pause and/or change sims.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the Growing Together pack install/update.
Have tried deleting laundry day items as I heard that pack can be the cause of issues. Same bug occured after removing laundry system from lot. Unsure as to how I uninstall the pack on console.
