What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all game and expansion packs most stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game and interact with most objects sinks tvs computers stove frige grills toys. basically do anything except walk and interact with another sim
What happens when the bug occurs? When a sim washes their hands they do not go to the sink they perform the action from very far away and the object acts as if it is being used. This applies to computers and tvs and other objects i havent tried, game is not playable. Sims cannot eat the action doesnt even come up in the queue. They do the debug movement (like a t pose) before doing nothing with grills and fridges and stoves.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
