[FIXED] Sims are still being generated with Tragic Clown hair

I started a new game yesterday with the "Update: 06/02/2016 – PC Version 1.19.28.1010" and I found that several clients in my retail lot have the Tragic Clown hair and are really sad. Some people ...

    This has been fixed (again) in Patch 1.19.31

    Existing clowns will not be deleted.

    Check on their names and delete them through your household manager.

No mods/CC in my game.

Started a new save for Dine out.

2-3 clown haired customers a shift, all random townies.
