[FIXED] Sims are still being generated with Tragic Clown hair

I started a new game yesterday with the "Update: 06/02/2016 – PC Version 1.19.28.1010" and I found that several clients in my retail lot have the Tragic Clown hair and are really sad. Some people ...

    This has been fixed (again) in Patch 1.19.31

    Existing clowns will not be deleted.

    Check on their names and delete them through your household manager.

I have this problem too, and it's an old save file. I've  had this one for quite a while and after the patch of June 2 these random townies with the clown hair show up and they are all sad. There are at least 5 in my game and I spotted the 'real' tragic clown as well, with the cloths and everything, so I guess the last one is fine. Although I didn't summon him or anything

    Can you check your household bin and remove them all and see if they are generated again ?
