[FIXED] Sims are still being generated with Tragic Clown hair

I started a new game yesterday with the "Update: 06/02/2016 – PC Version 1.19.28.1010" and I found that several clients in my retail lot have the Tragic Clown hair and are really sad. Some people ...

    This has been fixed (again) in Patch 1.19.31

    Existing clowns will not be deleted.

    Check on their names and delete them through your household manager.

    I thought that this problem was supposed to be fixed in the latest patch?

    Well, apparently not... because today I had several sims in my restaurant with the clown hair and they were all very sad...
    Please fix this! It's starting to get very annoying!

      If you already have clowns, they will not be deleted. Take note of their names, go to your household manager and delete them all.

      After that you should be fine. If not, come back.
