[FIXED] Sims Calling My Sim To Hang Out/Go out At 3am

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except My First Pet
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game through a day and get to know some people. Sleep and maybe around 3am usually for me anyway, someone will call you up to hang out, go out on a date, or a get together meet up like party.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims that my sim knows decently well, just any sims that would usually send over invite interactions through the phone like a date, to hang out, to come over, to go out to get together events, are calling at 3am almost every night without fault. I don't know if this is intentional however it only started happening in my game after the newest patch, but it's really odd. I don't remember them calling in the middle of the night before the patch, but maybe I'm wrong. Also a pattern I've noticed, it usually happens between 3am and 4am.
What do you expect to see? Sims not call me up to go on a date at 3am.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Repaired game, played clean save, no mods or cc tested. Still having this bug after doing this.
