[FIXED] Sims can't cook/can't use fridge

I saw there was an issue in the past with sim not being able to cook. I am having this issue now & have been unable to resolve. Any resolution out there?

    This link is not helpful.  I already know how to make them cook.  But the sims are not cooking.  The money decreases, but nothing else happens.

      What video ? If you still have this issue, please try the troubleshooting steps and remove your mods.
