[FIXED] Sims can't cook/can't use fridge

Since this has become a fairly common problem which is not reproducible, I like to get some info from those affected. Symptoms Sims can't use the fridge to cook. When told to cook, the money is...

    Going to mark this as solved cause lately all reports have been mod related.

  • Desktop computer
  • Intel dual core i5 processor at 3.4GHz, AMD Radeon 5850 Sapphire graphics, 8GB Ram, Windows 7, 286GB Free disk space 
  • I have 6 files called lastexception.txt, all but one having a random number on the end. None of them are from a similar date I first experienced it. 
  • I'm not sure, but I believe restarting the game may have helped. 
  • Not sure yet. 
  • I have custom clothing. 
  • 2 of my sims were doing something else, one was on the chess table and another was sat on a barstool. the other was standing around doing nothing. 
  • All the sims were affected. 
  • I created a new save today and I quickly went to check to see if she could cook and she can. 
  • Nope! May have just been a one off for me. I'll come back if it happens again. 
  • Level 10 Cook in the Mixologist track
  • Even when they went to a different lot to have a wedding, I still couldn't bake anything. The NPC cook was having a blast though. By the end of the party there were food platters everywhere 😕mileylol:
