[FIXED] Sims changing into 1st Everyday Wear when going to school/work

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? n/a
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Wait until your sim goes to work/school and have multiple everyday wears, have them wearing an everyday wear that isn't 1st everyday wear.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim will change from the other everyday wear to the 1st everyday wear.
What do you expect to see? The sim to stay in their selected everyday wear without changing into their 1st everyday wear.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This has been happening for quite a while now and it's really bugging me. I can't get an easy photo. I don't know if this was intentional but I doubt it is.

    • Sims will return from work or school and switch into the same Everyday Outfit they had on instead of defaulting to the first Everyday Outfit in the Create a Sim list. You will wear what I tell you to wear, Sim!

    Fixed in Patch 1.109.185/1.98

    This is still very much so a thing in 2023 - no matter which everyday outfit I put my sim in, she always reverts back to everyday 1 when school time hits 😕

    I'm playing a new save file, created 24 May 2023, and both my child and teen Sims change into their Everyday 1 outfit to go to school.  It's rather irritating as I spent ages in CAS creating multiple everyday outfits for them both, which they do change into after showering, but as soon as it's school time they ditch whatever outfit they're wearing in favour of Everyday 1 every time 😞
