Hello everybody,
With me it is likewise (I play on laptop with an Nvidia). The photos, which other users have put into the gallery are already black at the download. This is also the case with the pictures. All pictures from other users will be reproduced as a white canvas.
And that happens in the meantime with quite a few here, who have PC.

I've moved your post from the 'black photos when using the camera and phone' thread to this one which I believe is the issue you are experiencing. Please read @BryonyRae's opening post and try the steps to reproduce.
Thank you dear @Bluebellflora, but that is the problem. Also I have placed NoCC pictures after BryonyRae procedure in the gallery and other users get only white canvases after downloading. Everyone who are interested, please visit the gallery at #Australien and download it once. Everyone will immediately understand what I mean. I would also like to point out here that all my pictures are free of licenses and copyrights and are always free to use on the Internet. Thank you all for your help to get fixed this bug. Sorry for my bad english. I'm german 🙂
