    • Sims’ weight and muscle levels are now properly affected by Bike Riding, Horse Riding, Jog here and Rock Climbing.

    Fixed in Patch 1.112.481/2.05
    Please create a new thread at the EA forums if you're still experiencing this issues

@gooochyeee I dont think it was coded this way... im pretty sure it was made like this by design... not that this is realistic, but its not a bug, its a suggestion.
