    • NPC Sims no longer enter the lot without knocking on the door.

    Fixed in Patch 1.110.265/2.01

    Going to mark this one as fixed although another one was linked. I've changed things around a bit and the linked thread is now more of an overview post of the known causes. It's unclear which of these are supposed to be fixed at this point so feedback is welcome.

    Please create a new thread if none of the existing causes fit what are seeing.

Glad that bug made it on the laundry list. Weird though, is says Sims walking in the house not knocking. In my case, sims knock on the main front door, and then walking around the house using the back-door (if the house has one)  and just walk in uninvided. I do not have "For Rent nor Werewolfs nor Lovestruck." Just recently tested this with a house without a back-door. Unknown sim will come by and knock, but not walking in. Just standing there for hours until I ask them to leave. So imo, it matters which games a player has installed and which are not. Accordingly, the error sequences then also appear to be different.
