[FIXED] Sims obsessed with food stalls

I'm not sure if this counts as a bug but it makes gameplay for me rather difficult. My sims are obsessed with the food stalls. They can't walk past one without trying to buy something to eat, even though they have just eaten and hunger is full. They not only overeat but it drains my household budget significally, especially when I visit festivals with larger households where I can't monitor every single sim constantly. I recently visited the Humor and Hijinks Festival with my family of six and it cost me a couple hundred simoleons because they kept buying food at the stalls. I tend to not go to festivals at all or only with a single sim to avoid it. 

This doesn't only happen with the families I'm currently playing but also with families I never played with at all in my current save (e.g. the Bjergsen family) and townies. A lot of them have put on a significant amount of weight because of it. I added a photo of Bjorn Bjergsen for reference. I haven't played with this family at all until now. 

I don't mind one or two sims getting chubby (not everyone can keep a flawless figure throughout their lives 😉 ) but it gets annoying if the majority of them suddenly turn obese.
