[FIXED] Sims Showing as off-lot while at home

    We have fixed that bizarre issue where you’d have your Sims travel home, and then you load into your home lot, and your Sim’s skewer thumbnails are all greyed out like they’re not there, but when you hover over the skewer it tells you your Sims are at home. But like, they’re not at home. You’re staring at this empty lot, unable to play your Sims and you’re like.. “Is this even my home?”. And you start to question whether you selected the right lot on the map, but then you’re like “Wait, yeah - this is totally my home. But where are my Sims? It’s telling me they’re at home, but they’re not here.” Anyway, this should be fixed now.

    Fixed in Patch 1.52.100

    Hopefully for all cases

I removed my mods/CC earlier when asked to try the game without it but didn’t think to when sending the save, my bad. I will give this a shot soon and report back! 

I noticed that I had too many households as well but could not figure out how to mark as other households.

There's a little heart in the lower right corner of each household in manage world. Click on that

    Thanks for telling me how to move families I'm not using to other households!

    I tried your fix with both mods disabled and my mods folder completely removed from my game. At first, it did appear to work, when the family was in the house again after being moved back in. However, after saving my game, exiting, and returning to the household, the issue was still there. I am 100% confident it is not an issue of mods now as there is no way they could still be in the game and it is appearing to happen again after the fix when there are no mods installed. 

    I am sorry this has been such a pain and I appreciate all of your help and advice!

    If the save is corrupted, then the error can come back no matter what you do. The corruption could have happened due to mods.

    Sorry that it didn't work. I didn't really play after they were back.

    Have you tried moving to an entire different house ? Does it come back as well. Does it occur with any of the other families ?
