Sims now more consistently wash hands in the sink closest to the toilet.

Yay, yet ANOTHER bug for this game!
I have been experiencing this issue as well recently. I don't recall this occurring before the recent patch updates. It appears to happen 90% of the time with my sims where instead of utilizing the sinks nearby the toilet like they used to they're leaving the room and going to entirely different rooms to wash their hands; sometimes they'll even go to different floors to do this and quite frankly this is really irritating me. I don't understand how or why this is even happening. I think I've only seen them use the actual sink nearby only a couple times now.
I have nearly all SPs, and all EPs except for High School and all GPs except for Batuu and Werewolves. I do play with mods.
