[FIXED] Sims washing hands in sink in different bathroom

    Sims now more consistently wash hands in the sink closest to the toilet.

    Fixed in Patch 1.99.264/1.78

This has been happening to me ever since I updated. Sucks, cause then my sims sometimes walk in on others showering. And now they're going to sinks on different floors, too. It's extremely inconvenient.
