[FIXED] Sims washing hands in sink in different bathroom

I personally would stick this under the same problem as sims wanting to sit at desks in other dorm rooms in university rather than their own dorm room.  What I assume is happening is when the script fires to do a search for what object to use, it starts the search from the furthest point of the search radius instead of from the closest point, so the furthest object in the search radius becomes the target to use instead of the closest object.
