Sims now more consistently wash hands in the sink closest to the toilet.

This happens in my game too after The High School Years Patch. They will not use the nearest sink from the toilet. This becomes a real big problem in a large house and multistory house. But I notice after the latest patch (10/11/2022), the problem happened less often than usual (at least in my game). I caught my Sims actually use the sink in the same bathroom sometimes. But it still a big issue in a larger house. Sometimes I just cancelled the action when they decided to wash hand in far away sink.
Note: I only have Base Game and Free Kit. No Mods or CC installed.
Help please my game has been doing actually pretty good after the update before this last update now after this last update my Sims literally catch fire while cooking and they are full level and cooking and I’ve honestly never had a Sim in Sims four catch fire while cooking and I just lost a Sim because of it and then I’m also having random fires just appear in my house and now my Sims will not use the sink next to the toilet they go upstairs to the very back of the house bathroom or into the laundry room to wash their hands after using the bathroom.. what did EA do in this last update that has screwed up this game so bad
