[FIXED] Sims washing hands in sink in different bathroom

    Sims now more consistently wash hands in the sink closest to the toilet.

    Fixed in Patch 1.99.264/1.78

It's such a massive and useless time waster I've resorted to turning off handwashing using MCCC (tuner function).

Shouldn't have to do this but here we are.

My sims are now total savages!

@khitteh I didn't even know MCCC had this option. Might turn this off too, as disgusting as it is but it's really annoying. They don't do it all the time but I noticed they do it when I have one big large house with I don't know how many members in the family and like two or three bathrooms. I thought the issue was with my CC sinks at first but not at all.
