[FIXED] Sims wearing wrong outfits at venues/parties

When my Sims arrive to community lots with set dress codes, they don't load in the correct outfits.

    Lounge = Formal

    Night Club = Party

      And what are they wearing ? Just everyday ? 

      Do you have multiple outfits per Sim ?

        They are wearing the last outfit they were in. I tried single and multiple outfits and I will get the same outcome.
