[FIXED] Sims won't use dishwasher that's in the room if sink is closer

When Sims are finished eating and they're about to clean the dishes, they won't use the dishwasher despite being in the same room as the Sim. This happens if you have both a sink and a dishwasher. ...

I made a YouTube video showing the behavior between version 1.10 and 1.11.

In version 1.10, I commanded a Sim to take a plate and eat it, after she was finished eating, she used the Sink. However, in version 1.11, I did the same thing but she used the Dishwasher. So it appears that Sims will always use the dishwasher.
