    • Re-fixed issue where Skill List gets out of order, specifically when switching between Sims.

    Fixed in Patch 1.109.185/1.98
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues

Yup, it's not fixed for me either. 

Game version 1.107.112.1030, Windows 10, no mods or cc, all packs installed except one kit.
