[FIXED] Skills Order Won't Stay Alphabetical

The skills list is arranged in alphabetical order and my eye will no longer twitch when looking at it.

Fixed in Patch 1.107.112/1.92

Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issue,

This issue isn't fixed. It looks fine for short skill lists but it's still messed up with long ones.
