[FIXED] Social Menu not appearing for certain Sims

    I'm not 100% sure if all platforms have rolled out but I'm going to lock this now.

    Addressed an issue where Sims that had achieved certain skill levels and had unlocked or crafted specific recipes, or had written music, were then unable to select interactions on themselves, on other Sims, and on certain objects.

    What can you do if you still have issues ?

    1. Remove all your mods/cc and delete the localthumbcache file. This IS important. Test without them.

    2. Repair the game

    3. Check your game version. You can find it in the lower right corner of your main menu. It should be: 1.105.332 or 1.88 for console

    4. If you still have issues, create a new thread and provide your Sim to the gallery. Make sure to post WHICH objects you still have issues with

    My thread was merged here but I have a different issue

    There were a lot of threads and some were just turning into collections. I did not read every post in here either so it's possible that strays landed here. If you had a different issue, create a new thread (again, remove your mods/cc first)

Could anyone with this issue please provide the following info

- Do you have the issue with all your Sims ?

- Did you test another save game and the same issue occured ?

- If it's isolated to a Sim, is that Sim an occult ?

- Does the Sim have any fame ?

EDIT: So far from testing the two save games I got, it seems only certain Sims are affected. I can totally duplicate it. Trying to figure out what they have in common.

in my game, it only applies to one sim in one save file. all of my other sims are fine, including a new save file i made. the sim in question is a vampire.

    Hi! 

    My sims cant interact with others or itself. Like I cant choose to do anything with another Sim with my chosen Sim or choose to do something on myself. 

    But if I left click on anything else like the pool, computer or anything else it works. But it dont work if I left click on my own sims or any other sims. The menu for different choices dont come up. 

    I have tried restart everything many times, move the Sims from another household, change location, write "resetsim" with the name and without. I have also tried to play on my older saved game just to see if it works if I play on that, but it dont. It is also weird cause it is only the parents who is bugged like this and not the kids. 

    Can someone help me with this?

    Fist off, NO MODS ON THE GAME. Please do not tell me to take off mods as I'm not using them. That is why I'm posting this as everything I'm seeing just states to 'turn off mods'. Doesn't help when I'm not using them in the first place. I currently have two sims in my playthrough that cannot interact with themselves or anyone else. Can't purchase food, can't talk to other sims, or anything else that requires clicking on sims. I need help as I don't know what to do. I've restarted the game multiple times, tried to debug sim, and restarted my computer twice. Also opened task manager and closed out everything I'm not using and still the sims wont interact. Thank you for any help.

    Same I can’t click on ANY sims, no menu is appearing… basically my game is broken I can’t play anymore
