What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs/expansions except Werewolves, Wedding Stories, Journey to Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By attempting to write a song using a violin, or piano etc.
What happens when the bug occurs? When my sim tries to write songs (she is max level in violin and piano), she will get to a full green bar as if she is nearing completion of the song, but never does. She will keep playing indefinitely at 99% completion it seems. This makes it impossible to complete the songwriter aspiration and may ultimately lead me to having to delete the save. She has tried to write several and has never been able to complete even one. I have already tried removing the instrument from my inventory as others have pointed out, and this does nothing.
What do you expect to see? The composition of the song complete so that she can sell and license it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
