[FIXED] Song/Book/Paint/Nectar progress bar fills up action never finishes

    Sims should now actually be able to finish writing songs. Perhaps those of us with closets full of unfinished projects should take notes.

    Fixed in Patch 1.103.250/1.84

This is happening to me too. I saw another post about this saying if your sims has the idea person trait from the creative genius aspiration it causes this. Try removing the trait with a cheat.. people are saying the trait is glitched.
