[FIXED] Stair rails disappear w/wall placement partially covering from the top

I’ve noticed this issue a lot recently. Any time I place a stair case against a wall (only one side is against the wall), the stair railing that should be viable on the exposed side disappears and only the post at the bottom of the stairs is left. I also noticed this issue even when placing fences (like the super low lying BG one) as a path border leading up to the stairs, the stair railing disappears. And this issue occurs on lots that were built before this glitch, like even if the stair railings were already placed and previously visible, they now disappear.
