[FIXED] Stair rails disappear w/wall placement partially covering from the top

Adding my voice to this as well. Was trying to build a multi-story stairwell with a very fancy open air central area so you could look down to the bottom floor from the top floor. But anywhere a fence touches a stairway at the bottom, it makes all the banisters disappear. I know they did the patch to fix the banisters not glitching into walls anymore, but now it's impossible to make a multi level stairway with an opening to the lower floors without appearing completely unsafe and silly without any banisters at all.
