[FIXED] Stair rails disappear w/wall placement partially covering from the top

I have also noticed that upon placing fencing that matches the railing at the top of the stairs. Doing so causes flickering from duplicate posts where the fence and railing meet instead of one post deleting itself upon placement. The area effected is where the white arrow is in the image. The flickering does not occur if a different type of fence is used. There also appears to be a lighting issue as well up top giving the stair railing a much darker appearance than the lower portion.
